Hi, @Jeff Dickinson. The link above leads to the docs for the on-prem (server and data center) version of Structure. See the top of the page for a quick sanity check any time you want to confirm you're in the right doc set.
It looks like your Jira deployment is on cloud and Structure does not yet support export to Excel on that platform. However, it is coming soon.
Of course, we have docs for Structure Cloud, too.
To be altered when that or any new Structure feature is released for cloud consider subscribing to our release notes via ReleaseNotes.io. You can also keep an eye on our roadmap for Structure Cloud if you wish.
