Error while importing the exported server backup data to JIRA Cloud

I am trying to migrate my  Jira server into cloud. I took a backup(2021-Aug-02--0700.zip) from my JIRA server(v7.1.7). While importing the backup on JIRA Cloud I am getting the below error.

I have a backup file being created everyday. I tried to use other backup files too which were also giving the same error. I see the import data progress upto anywhere between 60-99% and then throwing that error.

"Import error

There was an error importing file 2021-Aug-02--0700.zip: Authorization header is missing or invalid. Please try again or choose a different file."

Could someone please help?

Hi @nagaraj reddy thumukuntla , 

If I were you, I will upgrade my server from 7.1.7 to 8.13.9. 

Because those release include migration assistant and improved migration steps.
