Error thrown while uploading Test case in JIRa

Hi,

I an using the Zephyr import utility to upload bulk test case,  I'm facing the following error while uploading 

Unable to add testcase ending at rowNumber - 15. Error:Unexpected response code: 400
{"errorMessages":[],"errors":{"assignee":"User 'Major' does not exist."}}

Please help me in resolving this issue

Please try to create user 'Major' or correct your test case sources replacing Major with some existing user.
