Error importing data: PSQLException

Getting error message when importing data. Process as below:

1. System > IMPORT AND EXPORT > Backup system

Then get the backup file with below structure.

JIRA-backup-zip-file
├── activeobjects.xml
├── entities.xml
├── data
│   ├── attachments
│   └── avatars
└── logos

2. System > IMPORT AND EXPORT > Restore system

Occurring "Error importing data: PSQLException"

I had the same issue with importing and created a support ticket. JIRA team is working to solve this, see the progress here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-68436 

There is a "workaround" described on the linked issue (modifying entities.xml file) and that worked for me. Hoping it will be fixed soon.

This is one that needs to go to Atlassian support over at https://support.atlassian.com/contact - we need to read logs to help find out what is going wrong, but only Atlassian have access to Cloud logs.
