Epics are not showing in this Jira Roadmap
I'm unable to see the epics in 2nd project although I have created.

The tags on your post indicate you are using the Standard subscription for Jira Cloud. With the Standard subscription you get the Basic Roadmaps functionality. With that level of functionality your Roadmap can show issues from only one project. You cannot combine issues from two projects into one Roadmap.
Additionally the Roadmap will be showing issues based on the Board you have selected.
Is the missing Epic displayed in the board's backlog? If the filter for the board is limiting the Epics that are displayed for the board, that will affect the Roadmap also.
