Epic not moving on advanced roadmap plan

I've been working on creating a plan on advanced roadmaps for the last 3 days.

I configure the hierarchy Initiative -> Theme -> Epics

All of a sudden it does not allow moving Epics from one Theme to another, as shown in the attached animated gif.

Please help!

Never mind! I was moving an Epic to an Initiative. It works when moving to another Theme. My mistake. Sorry.
