Hi Team,
Encountered discrepancies on what is in a Jira filter and what is displayed for that filter on a Confluence page. We have a filter that I use on a page that shows the Due Date field. Some of the Due Dates say today Dec 2, but when you click on the ticket the field is Dec 3.
Any idea why it is happening ?
Hello @Lakshmi S
Are your JIRA and Confluence systems configured to use the same time zone in their Global configurations?
Has the user viewing the data in Confluence and JIRA set the timezone in their user profiles in each app to be the same?
Hi @Trudy Claspill ,
Thank you for the response.
JIRA System Time : 14:56:58 +0000
Confluence System Time : 8:57:05 AM,
When we checked in server, both are same, but in the application.
