I am an Admin and would like to create a new issue in JIRA via email. I tried to check the menu 'Channel' in my view but unable to find it.
If the menu 'Channel' is available for my view then I will be able to view the email ID of a project, so the I can ask users to send emails to the ID, it will create/convert issues in JIRA automatically.
Please help.
