Enable/disable external links share for Jira

Hi, is there a way to enable/disable external links share for Jira? 

We would like the link sharing to be enabled by default with no option to check the checkbox manually.

What you have is not native Jira functionality, but an app called External Share for Jira

I'd suggest contacting the vendor Old Street Solutions, or disabling the app if you don't want to use it.
