Empty agile board

Hi there!

8 hours ago all of our tasks are disappeared from agile boards but we still see them in "Issues". We haven't changed any configuration options or board preferences. We've tried to reindex, check field visibility and statuses mapping, project names, saved filter – all seems to be correct.

Hi Rinat,

I’m sorry, but I am not being able to replicate this problem. I can see 9 issues in your Sprint 1 and 9 issues in your backlog.

Could you please let me know if you are still facing problems with this board?

Hi, Clarisa! Thanks for your response.

No quick filters are selected. Situation is strange – I was on Agile board page planning sprint, then I've got an error about "Connection timeout". After reloading page (CMD + R, expected to see board with issues), I've seen an empty board. Nobody except me was working in JIRA at that moment, so this is not supposed to be filters, settings or something like that.

Hi Rinat,

Could you please make sure no Quick Filters are selected? A few screenshosts would be helpful too
