Email Notification not received for all users

Hello

 

everything was working normally until yesterday, when no notification emails were received to any user once a new task is created, or assigning an issue to specific user, knowing that nothing was changed in the configuration

Did you check if there might be issues with your mail server and checked the jira log for any kind of exceptions.
