Email Created - Issue Description and Comments

Hello, 

I've set up the Emails to create issues and comments under them with corresponding projects.

When Jira add the issue descriptions and comments from the emails, those are not being separated into new lines as shown in the emails.

How can I write smart value syntax for jira to pick up all the 'Enter key stroke' and post them as new lines when creating issue descriptions and comments?

Example:-

as per email

Hi,

I need to separate my comments and descriptions with new lines.

Can you please help me?

Have you tried using the lookupIssues function in Automation for Jira?
