There is an archived account for our organization with my email address as the primary for the account. I'd like to change my Atlassian email to that email address, but the reset email tells me that it is associated with another account. How can I change this?
You'll have to use the old archived account, change the email address on that (from id.atlassian.com) and then you'll be able to create a new Atlassian account with the email address.
