Editing the layout of the issue view

I cannot find where I can actually edit the Issue layout - I have added buttons at the top previously to change workflow statuses but cannot find or remember where?

Any direction would be apprciated.

I am on as a jira-adminsitrator as  well as others for the project and site

I am on version 

JIRA Service Desk 4.3.3

Any direction is appreciated - I think there is a setting somewhere - I am just missing.

Hi Michael,

THe buttons at the top for the change in status are actually Transitions in your Workflow. So if you Edit your workflow, you will see them there.
