How can I control the content (fields that will be shown) in the create issue notification?

Are these notifications that are being sent to Customers for Jira Service Management, or notifications sent to licensed Jira users for Jira Software?
If the latter (Jira Software) then you cannot modify the notification template natively. Refer to the answer on this post.
