Duplicate "created a Task" slack messages

We're getting multiple created events in our jira/slack connection.

I've confirmed there is only 1 connection via `/jira manage`. I've also confirmed that when I mute this connection we get 0 created events (which appears to rule-out a hidden connection). I've also recreated the connection.

This is an example of the duplicates:

This is our configuration:

Anyone know why this is happening?

Seth Gholson Atlassian Team May 26, 2020

Hi Dane! I'm on the team that works on the Jira app for Slack. This is really interesting. You've already done most of our typical troubleshooting steps for a problem like this. I think we might have a bug.

It would be helpful if you would type `/jira feedback` in Slack to report this problem. From there, we'll be able to (privately) get some important details and get to the bottom of this.

Hi @Seth Gholson ,

I met now as well.

have downgraded till last 3 releases no luck.

Looks like the problem with Jira core functionality
