What should I check for getting duplicate email notifications? It seems like only one person in the JIRA project is getting duplicate notification. I checked notification settings, permission and roles. It seems that they only get the duplicate notifications when an issue is updated. Any place I should check?
Check your Jira workflow to make sure there isn't e-mails or notification being sent from there as well. E-mails can be sent by post-functions in your workflow.

I checked the workflow like you said and didn't see anything. I checked automation and project automation and found nothing. I'm still checking if anyone else in the project is having the same issue.
