Hi guys,
I'm trying to create a task that reminds me to do a job every Monday & Thursday using Jira automation.
I tried testing it with two rules, but it keeps on failing.
Does it have to do anything with the Query?
Hi Sjara - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Can you share the automation that you have created?
Basically, you want to create a scheduled trigger based on advanced CRON.
To get Thursday also, it would look like every 0 15 8 ? * MON, THU

Sorry, there is not space between the comma and THU - should be MON,THU

You cannot assign an issue to two different people - only one.
For the email, you can just add another action to send the email.

@sjara, when you say it is failing, what do you mean exactly? Is there an error you could show us that will help us understand the issue?

Hi @sjara ,
Welcome to the community !!
Go to your project -> Project settings --> automation --> Create Rule
Select Scheduled from issue triggers and select the days when you want the rule to be run and select the time and click Save
In add component section, select New action --> Create Issue --> Select the project, Issue type, Key in the summary and description and click Save.
Name the automation and turn it on.
