One of such solutions is SLA Time and Report for Jira add-on. It is easy-to-use, whith convenient interface and the functionality you may need.

Atlassian has a product which provides an extensive functionality of ITSM, service management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc.
SLA is the feature of the Jira Service Management, you will get SLA but you can also customized the SLA as per the requirement.
