Does Atlassian support MSSQL 2016 Always On cluster as an HA database?

This is on a Data Center infrastructure on Linux. I have read several Atlassian suggestions and only managed to find that this is only tested.

Hi Fernando,

Maybe. Check out Atlassian's Supported Platforms documentation for Jira, select your version from the _Data Center and Server 8.14_ drop-down in the upper right corner, and review the _Databases_ section. Cheers!

Thanks, while this does specify the versions supported, it makes no mention of supporting them as clustered environments.

It is a requirement for Jira to connect to a supported database (where it can read, store, delete, update data). If you outline it as a single node setup or HA setup is not of interest to Jira - as said, as long it can access the data and the platfom is one of the ones listed in supported platforms.
