Document anniversary dates

Can we set an anniversary date (12 months) to review a document, and be notified that a review is required within Confluence?

Can you see the status in the bottom which does exactly what you look for?

With the Better Content Archiving app, you can:

  1. define the content status "Expired" that will be automatically set for a page if it wasn't updated for 12 months
  2. configure a notification which will be sent to you (or any other users, groups, the author, last modifier, etc.) with the list of expired pages

That way you automated it with a few clicks and you can also see the current status in the top part of each page.

Your best bet might be to set up an Automation that is run daily to evaluate whether it is close to the anniversary date and send a notification action if it is.
