Do not have permission for some stories

IN a JIRA board, I can not do assignment for some of the stories. For examples:

I can do assignment for story A but not for story B.

The following factors can cause the task to be assigned, you can check it in turn

1. You may have associated with multiple Projects in your board, and you don't have permission to assign tasks in a Project.

2. Workflow and other factors that limit the issue of a particular state cannot be assigned

do you mean you can't assign story B to someone ? what error or message you get ? any screenshots would be helpful
