Disable creating alerts in Opsgenie when ServiceNow ticket is created

while using ServiceNow integration I am satisfied with Opsgenie creating SN Incidents for new alerts. Nevertheless, I would not like ServiceNow to create alerts in Opsgenie when new Incident is created by SN user.

So, how I want it to work: Opsgenie alert -> SN Incident, but not SN Incident -> Opsgenie alert.

How can I achieve this?

Hi @Lukasz Kaminski

Under the ServiceNow integration's Advanced tab, you should be able to control which SN incidents do/not create alerts. You'd realistically just want to delete the Create Alert action so nothing triggers the creation of an alert:

Note this tab is only available on the Opsgenie Standard and Enterprise plans. So if you do not see this tab, it's not included with your current plan.
