Diferencia de Horas entre Paneles y Teams Reports

Como se ve en las Fotos Adjuntas hay una Diferencia notable en las horas trabajadas, ambos reportes estan tomadas desde el 4 de agosto hasta el 5 de febero pero en team reports marca muchas mas horas que en el panel generado por el filtro. alguien me podria ayudar diciendo porque se da dicha diferencia??

Your screen images appear to be from a marketplace addon tool, such as Team Worklog Reports, or the lite version of that tool:

I suggest checking the documentation and contacting that vendor to learn how they calculate the values.  It may be different from how they are calculated for the dashboard gadget.
