Design of Jira Edited

Before I worked for another company. They worked with Jira.

But it was different then it is now. Is it possible to choose that kind of design?

Because the way it worked is so much better and easier then it is what I see now.

You have not explained what you mean by "design", but I think I would guess that one of these sites is on Cloud Jira and the other on Server (or Data Centre) Jira.

Cloud and Server do the same things and have very similar underlying data, but they have a very different layout (design?), with Server menus at the top, and Cloud menus on the left of the screen.

At a stretch, I'd also say your old company had Server and the new one Cloud, as most people find the Server layout far more intuitive and easier to use!
