Default start end time when planning time Tempo

When planning time the default start and end time is set to the current time. As you are planing in the future i want to set this to default working days 09:00 to 17:00 hrs. Is this possible in Tempo?

This is currently the expected behavior.

I created an idea as could not find one and we need this too, it doesn't really make sense as it is.
