Decorating text

Users only have the ability to add bullet points, underline etc  in the description field but not other fields e.g. Tech Notes_c - how do I add the ability for them to do so?

Hi @Laura Jackson

You can only use the "wiki" render style, only on multi line text field (same as description). If you have a single text line, such as summary, you can't do that.

If you want however to switch all your multi line text fields to wiki style renderer, then

• Go to field configuration
• Locate the field you want to change
• Click "Renderers"
• Choose wiki style renderer

Thank you that helped even though they were set to wiki I reapplied the setting. I guess it lost its association when we migrated from server to cloud recently.
