Deactivated Site Payment Problem from Turkey
Hello to you,
We just missed the payment and for Atlassian Support you can find information via the "CA-2589559" ticket number.
So there is a problem when we try to update payment information. I think there is a problem about Atlassian. There is a bug. When we try to reach the payment screen, in the backside your "export" token comes face to face with a problem.
You can see the logs.
But, we have to reach our site. My projects are managed from Atlassian products. If we can't Jira and Confluence, there is a big problem because I can't follow my plan, I can't see my documents, I can't see anything. It's very engrossing because I just realized we are trusting Atlassian too much, sometimes like that, we are ruined.
You should be back as soon as possible because we are in a bad situation right now.
