DNS records not reflecting to Atlassian

Hi,

We just migrated from Server to Cloud and continuously receiving the below email message.

 

"We're not yet able to confirm that your DNS records match those in your domain provider. When we do, we can verify your email domain "

 

We update all the records suggested by Atlassian but still not validated at Atlassian.

As per previous communications on the community it seems to take more than 24hrs to verify the DNS entries.

If you don't get an clear error would suggest raising this with the Atlassian support so that they can check any errors at the back end https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
