Hi,
We've created some custom fields of same name and type in Jira. But those custom fields are not visible under gadgets( Two dimensional filter statistics and Issue statistics ) in the dashboard.
But for some other gadgets, those fields are visible.
Could anyone help on this.
Regards,
Anjitha
Hi @ANJITHA S A
What type of fields are the custom fields that are not showing up? They must be Select List or Radio Button, or User Picker for them to show up.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
It should be there then. Can you share a screenshot?
Also, is the context for the field included for the project used by the filter?

Hi @John M Funk
In the project, we're searching for the custom field only. And that custom field is configured as global in all the projects.

So the custom field has no context associated with it, and it is a Select List (single choice) but it does show as one of the fields for the X Axis or Y Axis?
