Custom Field Value

So I have a custom field where you can manually type the value (you can't choose between selected ones, don't know the name of it), and when I try using an rule to print this value in an item summary, it came out nothing, I tried {{issue.[Custom Field].name}} and {{issue.[Custom Field].value}} (custom field name is automações), and nothing ccame out, is there any other value that I can use?

You should be able to just use {{issue.automações}} if it is just a text field. 

It might have problems because of the accent marks, but shouldn't. If the above does not work, try using with the custom field ID. It would look something like:

{{issue.customfield_16787}} where the 16787 is the ID of the automações field.
