Creating subtask from "action menu" is not working in Jira cloud

Edited

Hi All,

  • Open the '...'  menue in the upper right corner
  • Go to '"Action menu"
  • Select "Create subtask"
  • => Nothing happened

I can create subtask, if I type a text directly in the input field below the subtask area. But not via the "action menu" What could be the reason?

Thanks

Hi @ritu gurdatta

The action "Create subtask" does nothing else than showing the "Subtasks" section on the current issue, which is the input field you already mentioned.
