JQL for your board: project = MYPROJECT and sprint = "your current sprint name" and created >= "2013-05-10"

Mathias, this will only work if the issues you add to the sprint were created after the sprint started. I want to show any scope creep or any issue added to the sprint even if that issue was created before the sprint started.

I'm sorry. There is no history function behind the field "sprint". Here you need to build your own plugin which can do that (IssueHistoryManager).
