Can we configure custom atlassian emails in JIRA Software cloud like we do in JIRA service management to auto-create issues from incoming mails?
In JIRA service management, we can use custom emails like email@example.com. Can we do something similar in JIRA software cloud?
with JSM you can create a custom email for creating and updating issues. The article in the link provided gives you a means of doing the same thing for JSW. Maybe you specifically want to use Atlassian‘s email domain rather than your own is that the point?
