Created teams don't show up on people dropdown and can't be mentioned

Hi, 

I just tried creating our first team, and after the creation process, the team doesn't show up on the people dropdown, and I can't @ mention the team either. 

In the first team I created, I added multiple people, and it didn't show up I then created another group with just myself, and it didn't show up either. 

The thing is, if I copy the URL of the team page at the time of creation, I can get to the team page using the URL, but the team doesn't show up anywhere else. There must be something I'm missing, but I'm not sure what that is. 

I am a member of the multiple teams I created, and I have admin privileges as well. 

Any pointers?

Weird a few hours later the teams showed up.
