Hi @Roselle Lim,

Welcome to Atlassian community!

I need to specify your problem more detailed - for example, add a screenshot of the malfunction so that I can help you.

Thank you

Thank you Pavel! I just updated the question with a screenshot.

Thanks for the screenshot, but I still can't figure out what action you're showing? Is this a screenshot from Dahsboard or filter? When searching for JQL? In the project settings?

Thank you

Hi Pavel,

The screenshot is from a ticket's details. Sharing a larger screenshot of the ticket:

This started happening just this week.

Thank you so much for looking into my very first question!

Hi @Roselle Lim,

Thank you for your info! :-)

I already understand where this problem occurs. It looks like a problem in Jira Cloud, which was also addressed in this thread. The date is displayed correctly on my Jira Software Cloud - there will probably be a specific problem only on your instance. Please try to contact the Atlassian support you have paid directly, he will be able to help you with this problem and solve it.

Thank you so much @Pavel Junek ! I will update this thread when it is resolved. :)
