Create an template of issues for a new project

Hi everybody.

I wanted to know if you could help me find a way to create a template of issues for a project.

I have a lists of issues that are recurring for my projects

To simplify the process, I created a .csv that I can import every time I create a new project to save some minutes doing boring chores (just copying or cloning issues).

Do you know a simpler method to do that, or a more integrated solution with Jira (maybe with automation) to make this more user friendly for a non technical user ?

I would be glad to have some addons suggestions too :D
