Create Issue Component field

Hello,

I want to create an Issue on my Kanban Board and want to fill in the Field 'Component'. But when I want to create it, I don't have the Field 'Component'. It is also not on 'Configure Fields'.

How can I add it there?

Hello,

You add fields to the screen which are used for issue. You need to be Jira Administrator to perform this configuration. You have to find which screen is used for the issue type as the create screen and add component field there. More about screen configuration you can read here:
