Hi @민홍준(Ayden)/사용자이해팀/Dreamus, does this fix the problem?
To be taken to the Jira mobile app from a deep link in a Slack message (rather than viewing Jira’s web version within a browser), adjust your Slack settings:
Open Slack on your Android mobile device.
Select You in the bottom navigation bar.
Select Preferences.
Select Advanced.
Disable ‘Open web pages in app’.

hi, I'm sorry but I couldn't find ticket.
But as I've invested this issue it seems occur due to Android OS13.
When I check this OS12 it didn't happened but only in OS13.
Could you check this out?
Thanks

It sounds interesting, will be great if someway we can have any Jira ticket url which is having this problem to investigate further. Your screenshots only shows partial url (https://music-flo/atlassian.net/pl...)
