Could not create dependencies between epics
Since a month ago, I have not been able to create dependencies for epic, and previously created dependencies have been deleted.
Please tell me how to restore them.

You need to check the Issue Linking section of the admin panel (you need to be an admin too).

I would guess that someone disabled issue linking entirely. it is possible you're also missing a permission to do that, for which I suggest using the permissions helper to solve.
press "GG" on any ticket to open the shortcuts, then type Permission to see the helper.
