Could not access to JIRA from any computer through public IP, but no issues with smatphone devices

We have hosted JIRA in our own server , same server public IP and port, any smartphone devices could login to JIRA and access to dashboard without issues, If we try to access form laptops, computer, login page shows up quickly, but after hitting the submit button, it keeps loading for around 10 minutes, sometimes it turns up could not display page, and sometimes we could get in to the dashboard if we are lucky.

If access to JIRA via internal IP, all devices works fine, login to dashboard in less than a second

Is it something to do with the JIRA system configuration?

Hi there,

I recommend creating a HAR file to analyze what is happening in the background when the page is trying to load.

You may also want to tail the server logs in case there's something going on in the background there.
