Copy from Jira to Word

Hi all,

When I'm trying to copy an image from Jira to Word with IE11 it works.

But when I'm trying the same with Firefox or Chrome - both on the newest version- i cannot see the image in word, just a few rows are marked.

Hi Lukas,

It's interesting that IE works but the other browsers don't.  I found an article that may help titled Unable to Copy/Paste Image from Confluence to Outlook or Word.  Even though it's a Confluence article the root cause may be the same:

In Microsoft Word:

• Go to File > Options > Trust Center > Settings > Protected Views. 
• Uncheck the option for 'Enable Protected View for Files Originating From the Internet'
• Uncheck the option for 'Enable Protected View for Files Located in Potentially Unsafe Locations'

I unchecked these Options but I still can't see the Image.
May there's something in ActiveX i should enable or disable?
