I have a bookmark in my browser for creating a JIRA ticket --
https://[mysubdomain].atlassian.net/secure/CreateIssue.jspa?issuetype=1&pid=10000
When I use that link, I cannot copy and paste a screenshot from my clipboard into the description.
However, if I go to another page in my JIRA instance (say, https://[mysubdomain].atlassian.net/issues/?filter=10007) and then click the "Create" button, I can copy and paste an image just fine.
This has gotten really frustrating. Any tips? I think I have "Attachment" added to all of my screens.
Interesting ... I observe the exact same behavior on my Server installation (I see that you're on Cloud). Sorry I don't have an answer, but it's not just you. I suspect it's a bug.
Thanks @Payne! It's driving me a bit crazy because I've kept the bookmark in my browser, hoping it would get fixed at some point...and then I inevitably click on the bookmark, start filing an issue, hit paste, and get frustrated...have to open a new tab into Jira, click the Create button, then paste my image and all of the text I typed from the first tab...
