Connecting my expired service desk license to jira software

Hello,

 

i have tried to link my old jira service desk (Expired license) to my new jira software instance but unfortunately i couldn't because of the version deference,

 

is there any solution that i can do without buying a new license because i'm building a pilot project for the company on using jira so they can decide to upgrade the license to include all the company employees or not,

Hi Basem,

You can create an evaluation license at my.atlassian.com and use that to continue testing for 30 days.  After the evaluation license expires y'all can purchase a new license at that point.
