Connect Jira Cloud projects to (other) Jira server projects

A company is currently using Jira server to manage the Ops and Product projects.

- The Product team is willing to move to Jira Cloud.

- Ops projects will stay on server (for now).

How can we interface the Product projects (hosted on Jira Cloud) to the Ops projects (stored on Jira Server)?

Is there some guide of blueprint documented somewhere?
