Hi All,
How can we connect
Confluence ‘Task report’ Macro, using a button hyperlink can create a ticket automatically.
can someone help with this?
Hi Vasanth,
I don't think there will be complete automation. In my opinion, the problem here is that Confluence would not automatically recognize in which Jira project a specific Confluence Task should be created.
Therefore, you can manually create a Jira ticket:
Or you can try using an addon for eg. Jcreate - Requirements Management in Confluence and Jira

Hi Vasanth,
I understand, unfortunately Confluence doesn't enable this feature itself. I haven't found any addon that can do this function.
I can recommend installing the ScriptRunner for Confluence add-on and running this action using a Groovy script that you have to write yourself.
