Configure the Insights Widget on Jira Board

Hello everyone,

I have been trying to configure the Insights widget on our Jira board in the Jira Cloud to provide Sprint progress, Sprint burndown and Epic progress, but have not been successful. Can someone provide assistance please?

Hi @Ken Gnau,

There is not much you can configure. Two main things are important:

• you should enable the View aggregated data permission in your project(s): see this support article for a bit more detail on that matter.
• if your board is based on a filter, that same article states that your filter should include a specific project.
