Is it possible to configure in the free version of Jira so that when a collaborator opens a ticket, the ticket is sent to the email box configured in the system?

Opening a ticket via email works smoothly here, what I wanted is that when a user opens any ticket via the portal or email, an email is forwarded to the email box registered in Jira informing that a new ticket has been opened. Thanks for you attention
