Completed Status vs. Resolved Status

I am running into the problem of every ticket involved in a current sprint being moved to the next sprint because the case is not marked as "Resolved", just in the workflow status as "Completed". What is the process of changing an issue to "Resolved" so that there won't be the same cases added into the next sprint, just within the completed section.

 

This is the message that I receive when I try to finish a sprint.

A task on the scrum board is considered as done or completed only when it reaches the last column on the board. Make sure your statuses are appropriately mapped to the columns on the board.

Looks like your "Completed" status is not mapped to the last column on the board.
