Clone issue links

Hi All,

I have to solve business use case thus looking for third party plugin. Please let me know if you have come across any such plugin with below use case(features). Any feedback would be really appreciated. 

1.Create and issue and link it to one or more issues.
2. Clone the issue and select the option to clone links.

Expected Result: Both the issue selected for cloning and issues linked should be cloned along with the links and the same link type.

It should have - 

1)Copy/Clone Template(one issue linked with other issues) from one Jira Project to Another Jira Project.
2)Should be possible for any issuetypes.

Please advise.
